PILO conducted leadership training sessions to support leadership at various levels in KwaZulu Natal (KZN) education districts on curriculum leadership and management. The sessions were attended by officials from various directorates across all 12 districts, mostly members of the Management Committees (Manco). A total of 142 district leaders across were surveyed to assess the impact of district leadership training sessions in improving their practices. This leadership report gives more details on findings of the survey, including the possible achievements and areas of concern.
