Resources include LESSON PLANS (carefully structured and sequenced activities for all CAPS’ components; methodology guidelines; printable resources), TRACKERS (the programme of activities showing the CAPS’ content focus of each; assessment resources; a tracking and reflecting tool), POSTERS, GRADED READERS and HANDWRITING BOOKLET/POSTER.

There is a set of resources for each term. All the main resources needed are here – except for Big Books, and DBE workbooks. Some posters are used in more than one term; no need to download more than once.

These resources comprise a set of materials that support the implementation of the CAPS curriculum. The introductions to the planners and trackers explain the purpose of these resources, how they interrelate, and how they should be used.
